How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number on our shipping partner’s website to monitor the status of your delivery. If you have any issues, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

What is the return policy?
  • Items must be unused, not alterered and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • Products should be with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
  • Return/Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • Approved return/exchange requests will have the product picked up within 5-7 days..
  • Products bought during sales are non-refundable.
  • If the product or packaging is damaged, take pictures and refuse the package and email with your Order ID. A replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  • For damaged/incorrect/incomplete orders, email within 48 hours of receiving the order with your Order ID and an image/video of the defect/item. A replacement or refund will be issued after pickup.
  • Products must pass a quality check after being received with tags.
  • Refunds will cover only the product cost, not shipping charges.
  • If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you must self-ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR will be issued as a discount coupon for reverse shipping which can be used in your next purchase.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed within 10 days after verifying the returned product is in good condition.
  • Include order details and complete shipping address on the return packet:
  • Order Number
  • Name used while placing the order
  • Please take a proper video of product at the time of opening it. It will help us to determine if any claim is genuine or not.
How do I make a payment?

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI. You can select your preferred payment option at checkout and follow the instructions to complete your purchase securely.

Do you have COD ?

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a charge of ₹100 is applicable, which must be paid in advance for order confirmation.
