Delivery Terms

We prioritize timely delivery to ensure our valued customers receive their orders promptly. Here's what you can expect:

Order Dispatch: We strive to dispatch your orders on the same day to ensure timely delivery.
Order Tracking: Once your order is placed, you'll receive tracking details from delivery partners either via SMS or email.

Delivery Timeframes

Domestic Orders: Domestic shipments are delivered within 3-7 days. Please note, delivery times may vary due to factors such as location accessibility and seasonal fluctuations.  We Partner with well established logistics players to minimise any variations. However in case of rare circumstances order processing may exceed upto 15 days. In most cases we will inform the customers about delay in delivery and its reason. 

Express Shipment

If you opt for Express Shipment then delivery will happen within 24-48 hours. If for some reason delivery does not happen within 48 hours you are entitled for 100 rs Refund

NCR Orders:

For NCR customers delivery happens within 24-48 hours. 

International Orders:** International deliveries usually take 7-12 days, contingent upon country accessibility and your specific location.

*Change of Delivery Address / Contact Details*

For any changes to your delivery address or contact information, please email us at rajsiposhak@gmaill.com. We'll collaborate with our logistics partners to update the details accordingly.

*Expedited / Urgent Delivery Requests*

Should you require expedited or urgent delivery, please contact us at rajsiposhak@gmaill.com. We're dedicated to accommodating your urgent needs, whether it's for special occasions or time-sensitive events.

*Delivery Time Exceeded*

While we're committed to delivering orders on time, unforeseen circumstances or third-party delays may occur. In such instances, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery but will make every effort to ensure a swift resolution.

**Shipping Costs**

- **Domestic Orders:** Standard charges of 70/- will be levied on all orders within India unless stated otherwise.
- **International Orders:** Shipping costs are location-based and calculated at checkout. Payment for shipping will be collected during the purchase process.

**Cancellations**

Once an order is placed, cancellations will not be possible. However, please contact us via email, and we'll try our best to assist you.

**Stock Availability**

While we endeavor to maintain accurate stock counts, discrepancies may occur. If we're unable to fulfill your entire order, we'll promptly reach out to discuss available options.

**Duties & Taxes**

- **Goods and Service Tax (GST):** GST is included in the displayed prices for all domestic orders.
- **Import Duties & Taxes:** Please be aware that international shipments may incur import duties and taxes upon arrival. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with these potential costs before placing an order. Refusal to pay duties and taxes may result in non-delivery, for which we cannot be held responsible.

• Gifts are given at the discretion of RajsiPoshak depending on customer profile, relation and company policies time to time. We try our best to give customers great experience and make shopping experience delightful.
• Actual Gifts Can be different than shown in picture depending on their availability
• In certain cases option can be given to choose gift as per choice depending on availability
• 2 items will not be exactly same so comparison with other gift is not advisable.
